    I bought a defective bed frame at this store. I returned it and exchanged it for another one, which they offered at a lowered price to compensate for the inconvenience. Fair deal. Would do business with them again.

    Some great furniture, deco and home furnishings here. There's a coffee shop inside too. Staff is nice and helpful, check it out.

    Sadly, no actual website available in Quebec, but you can really see the markup that can't entirely be from the exchange rate when you visit the store. Staff are nice enough, but the inconvenient location plus lack of stock, combined with the mentioned high prices makes shopping here difficult.

    Amazing location, people super friendly and attentive, you will be able to see many items available in display and you can shop online while in there.

    They have beautiful and unique items but the customer service leaves much to be desired. If you are outside the 30 day return period and you have a quality issue, you will be offered no recourse and a quick Google search will show you that these quality issues are NOT unusual. At this price point, I would expect them to stand by their products as Crate and Barrel does. I won't be shopping here again.
