  worst services ever, ordered a bouquet that was suppsoed to be dleivred on the 14th before 17h, and it was delivered around 22hPM left outside in the cold and found later with only 1 flower left, chocolate and rest of the flower gone. when callign the service they only indicate that they can only place order and can't see already placed order or transfer to a manager, you need to contact them by chat and then the people hugn up on you, If you call the french option you get hung up almost immediately because they are not able to speak french properly and ask to call back later...by chat you get told someone will call you within 24 hours or next day between 9 to 6PM, this call back never happen. for sure worst experience ever. I will never use this company ever again.

  They deliver my flowers on friday at 4:45 PM instead of thursday as promise. NO SAME DAY DELIVERY ! I was already gone so when I came back on monday my flowers were dead. UGLY FLOWERS !

  Please avoid this florist at all cost. I ordered flowers for my fiancé for Valentines day on Feb 12th. They never arrived on Feb 14th as they were supposed to. I was still charged and even had a surcharge since it was a holiday. It was impossible to reach this company only via chat and via phone they would not answer. They advised my order was cancelled. Then they didnt want to credit me so I told them to deliver the flowers and so 2 weeks later my fiancé got the flowers. They arrived without a vase nor water tubes. I wouldnt order with this company again!
