    This was, indeed actual flowers that my husband received Today On Valentines Day.... just horrible.... can you see the staple on rose stem ? I have used 5 times before and never betrayed this way. Never, never, use the bloomex again.... it’s just sad. People pay, to a service in order to express a feeling to their loved ones. Just imagine that those whom you love... receive out of your a acknowledgment.

    I click their link and go through the payment process again. I look everywhere but can't find a place to put in my coupon code. At the very top of the page it says "your discount will be applied at checkout". So I assumed (since I got to the website through their coupon link) that they already knew, and clicked process payment. Nope. No 20% off. Contacted consumer service right after and explained it. They said "nothing we can do, but your coupon will still be here" that's it. How am I even supposed to use that stupid coupon? Didn't bother explaining anything. Even now, I've gone back to their website and can't find anywhere where they allow me to apply the coupon.

    So then I wait for the delivery to arrive. I had paid extra for it to be delivered in the evening between 6pm and 9pm since I wasn't sure if the person I'm sending it to would be home in the morning. At 11am of the delivery day that I had asked for, person texts me and tells me they received my flowers. Why do you even bother giving us the option to choose the time of delivery, charge extra for it, and disregard the delivery time all together?

    TLDR; They send you a fake 20% off coupon if you sign up without buying anything and even if you pay extra for their option of a specific time of delivery, they won't honor it.

    First time I ordered flower from them. Very disappointed. Order on February 13th and I paid for the next-day delivery (February 14th). My girlfriend never received it. I am disappointed because I wanted to surprise her. Moreover it was our 8 years anniversary. Thanks for ruining this event. I will never again order from them. Also their website is not working properly.

    Wish I could give 0. Worst customer experience. Did not deliver flowers on Valentine's day. Delivered something cheap that I didn't order on the 15th! Missing the point entirely. No customer support. Phone lines are closed, redirected to support chat on their website that keeps getting closed by "Support Agents" without any response. Honestly not sure if this is a real company or a scam. Still have not been able to contact anyone through email, phone or support chat. But I did pay almost 100$ for 12 regular roses.

    I have used Bloomex several times in the past and more recently to order flowers for my father-in-law's passing. At a time when one is totally dependent on expeditious and prompt service, Bloomex truly delivered incredible service. Moreover, the blooms were fresh and information noted on the card accurate. Truly couldn't expect more, and I plan on using Bloomex for future on-line orders. This is one company I would definitely recommend!
