  This is the first review I write for anything, and it's because I was so impressed by this place. My first appointment was with Yves-Celine, who helped me get a hold of some better products for styling and told me how to use them. My second appointment, I got a protein treatment and a haircut. My hairstylist was Verline. She was very informative, and answered all one hundred and one of my questions with much appreciated humour and patience, and gave me the best curly haircut + styling I've ever had. I was on Day 4-5 curls before needing a real refresh.

  My only concern is the price of some of the hair products, as they were quite expensive. But again, you don’t have to buy the products if you don’t believe in them.

  Second appointment was for a wash, trim and colour consultation with Verlyne (spelling?), She was so wonderful and also extremely helpful. She gave me an honest opinion about the colour choices and the best way to go about dying my hair without damaging it.

  I loved this salon. Being mixed and having curly hair, I’ve tried countless products and hair salons to help tame my locks and to give me the best advice on how to manage my hair. I looked up this place on a Thursday, and ended up going for an appointment on a Friday. The salon has a great vibe, everyone is so friendly and accepting. I met with a curl analyst (the wonderful Yves-Céline) who suggested the best products for my specific type of hair, and she did this by testing the products directly on my hair. I then got a wash and a haircut to shape my hair, which looks amazing (Thank you, Nabou)! Everyone was really professional, respectful, and kind. One thing I noticed is that they don’t try to sell you all their products by insisting that you NEED them. They suggest a few and if you want to get them, it’s totally up to you. You can sense their expertise, they have had a lot of experience with curly hair, and people from all different backgrounds seek out their services.   My first visit was a complimentary hair consultation where a curl analyst taught me about my hair. Turns out I was doing EVERYTHING wrong since I was a little girl. Janelle was fantastic, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Gratitude for her amazing service and product knowledge, my hair has never looked or felt better!
