    This place has the best customer service that I have experienced in any retail outlet. People greet you and direct you to what you are looking for. You never have to look for someone to ask a question, they are always around. Looks like a small place but it is stacked to the rafters. Excellent prices, on three floors.

    These guys actually greet you at the door and they know what they have and where it is. Best hardware store in Montreal - not even close.

    Really good customer service. Went there for an exact screw and they had it. Also the prices there are really good.

    Staff are mostly very nice but far from competent. They rented us the wrong equipment costing us thousands in repairs yet they were unapologetic when admitting that's all they had for the equipment. Don't be fooled by the smiles. Cashiers are total douchebags.
