    Manque de respect total envers les clients. Annulation de prescriptions sans l'avis du client ou du médecin. Refus catégorique d'utiliser de la logique et de la compassion envers des clients très malade. En plus leurs frais de traitement sont très élevés.

    Canada Post handled the delivery of a package to my house when I wasn't there, and left a paper where they checked the box, by hand, marked "available tomorrow after 1pm", when in reality the delivery was made on a Friday and when I went to pick up my package during opening hours over the weekend, I was told that the package was available on Monday only. This is dishonest, inconvenient, and terrible customer service. Why? Why not write "Monday" by hand on the paper?
